Within the Applications software department, the Sensor processing group is responsible for the development of the optimal control and the digital processing functions in the sensors. ABOUT THE JOB The complete embedded radar software is developed within the Sensor processing group. This covers various domains, including the control of the radar systems, the organization of the radar transmissions and the processing of the digital information flow. With its own challenges in every domain. The ultimate goal is to detect and classify specific objects, such as airplanes and drones, to track them and to visualize them on an operator console. The software architecture is very modular in design and supports the development of robust and evolutionary systems. The development takes place in Agile teams that are supported by a modern development street. The further development and maintenance of the architecture, the development street and the Agile process is carried out by the teams themselves.
ABOUT YOU Do you have a passion for technology and would you like to work on radar controls and complex algorithms? Then maybe you are the person we are looking for. The prerequisite for this is a completed HBO or WO background in the field of (technical) computer science or computer science.
